These jeans give a super trim fit like a second skin while being completely comfortable. I really like the the way they look and have had teenage girls tell me they like the way they look too. These jeans are great for swimming for anyone who needs or wants to swim in jeans. They glide through the water quite well because of the extremely perfect trim fit. Because these particular 510s have a really strong appeal I have purchased several pairs.

I've ordered this style, color and size W 32 L 32 on line quite a number of times, and they have always been consistent in size, cut, and quality. The color lasts . . . I'm cautious in washing and drying them, and they are just the right weight and stretch. I've tried some others, and Levi's is my brand.

These jeans are it. You get what you order. The only problem was that I am very short so these jeans are kind of huge. Other than that, these jeans are awesome. I highly recommend.

I like the 510 skinny jeans, and ordered a pair of the updated rigid stretch on the Levi's website. I ordered a 31 inch waist (like all my other 510s) but the waist was one size too small. The length was fine. I was able to get a larger pair (32 inch waist) at a Levi's store and had to ship the other pair back. I love the fit and dark indigo color of these jeans. If you can wear a skinny jean and like the classic indigo color, go for these. Order a larger waist though.

Not sure what Levi's has done to these, but they have changed the material. I bought a pair and they feel so cheap. They also look cheap. Even the classic Levi's patch on the waist is cheap. I have been a big fan of Levi's since my teenage years, but now I'm not so sure I will stay with them.

Very disappointed with this product. I shopped at the kids section and brought a pair of these in size 16 but the pockets are so small that my phone doesn't even go all the way in. The crotch area and the waist/belt area is extremely tight and the leg areas are extremely loose. There are no difference between this and the 511s if you ask me.
No, I do not recommend this product.

the jeans were incredible, but in the picture they look less tight. when I received them they were tight. but over all good fit and color. also when ordering get an extra size bigger.

These are the best jeans ever. They do not look as dark as it is in the picture. The jeans are actually much lighter and after a few washes, they look like slightly darker versions of the traditional blue jeans. This is by far my favorite pair of Levis. The jeans definitely shrink a little so you get this snug fit, but the material is pretty stretchy so it doesn't kill your thighs and calves. All in all, best pair of jeans ever. EVER.

I have been wearing levis 510 for a few years now. After 6-9 months they will lighten up and get some nice fades in them. At this point in time I will purchase a new pair (only so I have a nice dark pair of jeans). I did find that the updated rigid did not last as long as my older pairs. After 3 months the crotch had sprung a hole. I am not sure if this was a fluke or if it is from the change in the fabric. That being said my older more faded pair from about a year ago are holding up perfectly.

Always fit me perfectly. They work for everything.
I've rocked them for a more formal event, and then have worn them for playing sports before. Buy them!

First of all, I would like to say that this is an amazing pair of jeans. The "updated" pair, as in the line manufactured in 2012, has a true rigid finish. The previous version was much more rinsed looking, while the newer jeans have a much greater color. Additionally, the denim seems to be of higher quality. The fit is also different than previous versions as well. It is not as skin tight in the calves as before. That may be good or bad for previous Levis 510 owners.
Here comes the bad news. Though the denim feels of higher quality, there is not as much stretch as before. This makes the jeans uncomfortable at first and more restrictive to your movement. The 32 length is also shorter than before. I usually buy a 31x32, but now I would need a 31x34. Levis does not offer this size. These are great jeans, but they still aren't perfect.

Although I love snug jeans, the 510 cut smmes to be much tighter throughout - especially at the waist - than the 511s I like. This is not bad, but makes it more of a challenge to get them on or off. But I love a challenge, and the wonderful feeling after I get them off.

5' 7" 133lbs. They are slim, but not painted on as I've seen in some photos. Depends on your leg and butt size. The fit is nice as they stack up on my calves above my boots or shoes without being uncomfortably tight. The pockets aren't super low so you don't get that awful baggy seat look in so many guy's jeans (a certain high end 'Naked' Swedish brand). I wear em on my hips, so they're not all baggy in the seat, but they're not pulled up Seinfeld-style.
I own four pairs of these. The black ones (made in China, purchased late 2010) are the softest. I wear them 2-3 times a week and they are wearing through (good wear) at my wallet's corner as well as a small area in crotch. These fit like a well worn leather glove. The light gray (concrete) ones I got at the same time are stiffer, a much tougher jean. I use these as shop jeans as they're indestructible. In 2011 I got a pair in a discontinued color that is a dark blue with dark stitching (made in Bangladesh). Even better made with higher quality denim and the crotch is a little roomier (more comfortable). These have held up really well, but the creases fade to a tannish color. Unexpected. I just bought a pair in Updated Rigid Stretch (made in Cambodia). Fit is similar to my black ones. Softer than the Concrete, stiffer than Black. Really nice pair of straight up blue denim. Looking forward to breaking them in!
The quality of 510s is definitely better than some other Levi's I saw while trying these on. The back pockets are more finely constructed with delicate tapering and tight stitching. The rivets are more refined.
I found these at Macy's for a great price.

These are by far the best pair of jeans i'v ever worn. The quality and material iz awesome, they are what I'd likee to call "self adjusting" because of the stretch, yet still strong and durable. I'd recommend these to anyone, thanks Levi.
