Jeans, leggings, jeggings? Actually they're just modified jeans.

These jeans fit liken legging but wear like a pair of jeans. They have a great modified yolk to make the high waist fit properly and not gap at all. The most interesting thing about them is that they are screen printed on the inside which is meant to make them hold their shape and not stretch out. I do have to say that with repeated wear they do stretch out and become less fitted. I bought a 25 and they fit really great for about a month of wearing them all the time. After that they have stretched, and since I rarely (if ever) wash my jeans, and I NEVER dry them, I'm not sure if that would shrink them back down. I'm not sure that getting a smaller size would fix the fit, wearing them for the first time would be brutally uncomfortable! Too bad you can't buy pre-stretched jeans. I would definitely recommend them. I'm waiting for a sale to buy another pair.
I recommend this product!

Bought two pair- one black, one dark blue. Black fit nicely- maybe a touch big, super comfortable. LOVE them. Tried the dark blue- they were very, very tight. I then measured/ compared the 'waists' and the dark blue was a FULL INCH SMALLER. Maybe someone sewed the wrong label on. However, consistent fit is an issue Levi's has had for the last decade minimum. 5 stars for the black. negative stars for the dark blue.
No, I do not recommend this product.

i always wear a 26 demi, so that's what i bought in these. (i'm about 5'5, 120-125 for reference)
i could barely button the 26's, which i chalked up to the minute amount of stretch listed. they were also snug in the thighs.
i ordered a pair of size 27 instead, which were almost as tight as the 26's in the thigh, but gaped horribly at the waist. (as in, 2-3 inches) the 27's were also sewn crookedly, and defective.
i could see how these have the POTENTIAL be flattering--they make my butt/hips look good, but then i have to choose between ridiculous gaping, or muffin top.
if you have a straight figure/apple shape, maybe these would work, since the waist wouldn't gape. which kind of defeats the purpose of choosing a jean based on your body shape, since this is supposed to be a demi fit. unacceptable, especially considering the cost.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I am curious to know why the Bold cut and the Slight cut are from a different fabric than the Demi cut in these jeans. The Demi cut has very little stretch.
