This bag is made of nice, soft leather. Sometimes I use it for my laptop but it's also the perfect size for an overnight bag. I really like the look of it too.

The handle is 16 inches from end to end so about 8 inches from the top of your shoulder if you carry the bag on your shoulder. I do carry it likes this when I have my laptop in it, but if you're carrying a lot of books you might have trouble keeping the straps on your shoulder. A single strap might be better for you.

I'm curious how long is the handle drop? This looks like a lovely bag and since I'm in school I'm looking for something that goes comfortably over my shoulder. Thanks in advance if you get this!
