The shorts run small, tight in the waist, very short legs and it was an uncomfortable 1970's style fit.....for me. I would still recommend them for someone on the thinner side because I do love Levis. I think when you wear this short style you should dress them up with tights underneath, these weren't the going camping comfortable jean shorts I thought they would be I think I could make those myself out of a pair of my old Levi jeans. Sadly I returned the shorts.
