I usually love Levi's, I was looking for a "Boyfriend Jean," I saw these online & read the reviews so I thought I'd try these. The reviews said to order a size smaller, I did & they were too small. I returned them.

these jeans look better in the picture than in person. They are fake boyfriend jeans, more mommy look, with super high waist. Makes your hips look wider. The leg opening is very narrow so you can not cuffed them a lot. I've tried jeans from paige, joe's, citizens of humanity, elliot and more and they are much better (more expensive but they are way better). I wanted cheaper option but I will pay for the quality. The only thing I likes is button fly and quality of denim. Dark wash is very old school i a bad way and washed nothing to be excited about either. That goes back. I also bought skinny boyfriend jeans and they are not cool either. My husband said that in comparison to other brand these makes you look wider and they look like 80's jeans.

Real denim, not the stretchy stuff. It's so nice to get back into a pair of real jeans, button-fly and all. They keep their form, don't get stretched out, and look like jeans are supposed to look.

I was very pleased with these jeans. I don't normally purchase denim online because you never know how they will fit until you try them on. But I took a chance on these since they are the "boyfriend" fit. The denim is thick and soft, they are 100% cotton and feel very sturdy. They don't stretch out bad either. They are very comfortable and make me want to trade in all my skinnies to wear all 501's! They are true to size, I ordered a 28 and normally wear a 28. They are not low rise but not high rise either. They sit nicely on my natural waist. Overall, great jeans!

5'4" 125 pounds, and i like my jeans loose. these don't fall down! love them -- not too heavy...like the light wash...love the deep front pockets!

One actual hole in knees

Ordered first pair - too tight - bought two more in correct size. Both pairs have actual hole in left knee.
While I love the softness and faded color, the 100% cotton, perfect fit really everything about women's 501s, I really dislike having an actual HOLE! My skin shows through the hole.
Last year's model had more distressing overall, but only thin spots where distressed, was worried about them becoming holes but there were no actual holes. I bought five pair, needed to size down one size this year. Now, this year's feature real hole, one about 1/2" wide and 1" long, white threads only, frayed and running horizontally. NO mention of distressing or holes in description. Not shown in photoo either. Sending 2nd pair back, so sad about this as I love these jeans.

I too had a hole in the left knee. how bizarre. WAAAY too big.
