I'll be pretty simple and to the point, these run big for whatever reason. I purchased a size 32 and they fit like a 34-35 so obviously I had to return the item, grated they don't look bad so I'd probably keep them if they were sized correctly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

bought the cargo short in the past and was disappointed to see that they no longer have the riveted button in the front and the secure snaps on the pockets sewn on buttons never last very long
