According to the online's "size chart", 38" is the size small. It was tight, so it was returned. There is no medium available!

Great styling and details. Looks contemporary yet with classic lines. Very well made. It's stylish enough to wear out on the weekends, but also warm and practical enough to wear as a light winter coat.
