I'm 6', ~160 lbs, thin build, although I'm not sure I would go so far as to call myself a toothpick.
That said, the shirt runs quite small. I'm normally either a S or a M, depending on the shirt and company, and I'm definitely glad I went with a Medium here; this shirt fits my frame perfectly; I can see how a Large would have been necessary for the reviewer below me at 6', 175.

I normally wear a large, soometimes extra large. First ordered a large and it was too small, easily returned it for an extra large and really wish I had gotten a XX. Go up at least one size.

this shirt is a slim fit and very tight, Im 6'0 175 with a slighyly muscular build and I cant even button this shirt up. unless your a toothpick go a size up
