This was a perfect (trim) fit on me as a Medium. I'm 5'8" 165, and the shoulders/chest were really narrow. I felt that once it'd go through the wash it'd be too small on me (has happened before) so I had to exchange for a large... which fits kinda weird.
I recommend this product!
