I have worn levi cords for decades. These are not them. The fabric is denser and stiffer, with very little pile. More like heavy canvas or denim with little groves in them to make them appear to be corduroy. They are stiff and uncomforatable, even after several washings. Time to donate them and move on.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I usually purchase clothing from another online retailer, and haven't bought a pair of levis in a while, but with all of the latest selection of fits, I came back to the best fitting pants I have ever had. This brand of pants impressed me with the construction and feel. Not a stray thread in sight. They feel rugged and durable like they'll last quite some time.
I recommend this product!

The photograph on the Website rather unfortunately shows these jeans in a rather bad light. The color in actuality is significantly more dull dull than the bright blue as pictured. The photo, even in close up mode, as well as the description, fails to disclose that the corduroy fabric does not consist of the same medium deep ridged pile that one thinks of as corduroy. Rather, it is exceedingly shallow, giving an almost threadbare appearance reminiscent of well worn furniture upholstery such as that covering a chair one might find for sale at a thrift store. Finally, the fit is rather snug compared to other styles. All round disappointing in my opinion. I have since returned the garment for a refund
