The fabric - two layers sewn together - is apparently made to pill a bit. Both layers do it; is this to make the shirt appear older, more worn-in, cozier for cold weather? The fit is good and the fabric is soft - more of a fall/winter shirt though, structurally and color-wise. Other two-layer Levi's shirts I own are lighter in weight than this one, this shirt is substantial.
