508: The perfect addition

Have been wearing 501s for years to ride horses and work around the place. Then I added the 514 for days in the office. And now I have the 508. The perfect pair for hanging out with friends on the weekend. Super comfortable up top, and the taper down to the cuff is a very cool look.

Nice alternative to 511s

I wore 511 jeans for a several years, but they eventually grew to tight in the thigh. I came across the 508s and have been very pleased. They seem to give the same look I loved in the 511s without being skin tight in the thigh. I believe they have the same leg opening as the 511s as well. They are comfortable and seem durable enough. I would like to note that this pair was a few shades lighter than it appears in the picture on this site. This was not a problem for me, but it is worth pointing out. Overall I am very satisfied with the 508s. I would like to see more styles in this fit.

Since I acquired this slate/grey pair, I've bought every other color available on Planet Interwebs - it seems.
The only adjustment I've made is going smaller with the waist measurement -maybe it's the 2% stretchy stuff but I didn't want tight or sloppy. Everything else is just spot on, yippee, hi-yo silver, high fives.

And - the taper is not overdone. Yay.
