I have been wearing Levis 512 for years. There has been a recent change in the Black 512 fabric that I love! It is lighter weight and has more stretch for a totally comfortable fit, yet it doesn't bag over time. This slimming boot cut has a unique cut that fits me perfectly. I have many pairs.

My only problem with these jeans is the length...I am petite and used to be able to get the petite jeans and they fit perfectly and the length was perfect. These jeans I got in the short and they could be about an inch shorter in length to fit perfectly. I feel sorry for the other petite women that are shorter than 5' 3' because they would be entirely too long!!

I ordered two pairs of different style Levis in the same size. The Boot Cut Jeans 515's fit super well, even a wee bit large. These "slimming" jeans were too tight to even button properly and we all know how NOT slimming too tight pants are. Am returning for the next larger size. But, really, these are all Levis...why the huge difference in sizing between two different styles? Crazy!

I first found these jeans at winners and they have been unsurpassed. They suck everything in right where it needs to. I never understood this slimming technology until I tried and and now i will never go back! They are high waisted to so you can bend over with no exposure lol. I would recommend these to anyone if youre looking for a 'lift'!
Shipping was 2 days past what I thought it would be but still fast.

I bought a few pairs of 512 jeans. When I tried them on I thought they looked good. I wear jeans everyday to work, so they do take a lot of washings. Unfortunately these jeans lost their shape because of the elastic in them. Around my hips you can see were the elastic has lost its shape. I am a size 10 and this has not happened with any other jeans I've worn. I wish I could still get a original pair of Levi's where I can break them in myself instead of all the jeans now days pre-washed, ripped and now made with elastic.

True to Levi's, no vanity sizing, very comfortable and very flattering. They do BLEED so wash them alone, even in cold water the pocket linings were mottled gray; not a big deal unless you wash them with something you don't want to be gray!

This boot cut starts at the bottom of the knee and really flares.
I recommend the 515 style. Also they are a very thin jean. Runs a size smaller than normal.

I got these in the dark blue and black. First, the material feels pretty thin and not as durable as 100% cotton "jeans". But the most irritating part is that the boot cut is so huge that it really looks, moves and feels like a flare or bell bottom. Also both pairs I got were S, however, one was a few inches longer than the other. The bottoms on the 2 different pairs weren't the same width either. So when they give measurements, they're more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual measurements for every pair produced.

Love the fit, but the Long are very long. (or I have shrunk!)
Other Levi products, I always buy the Long, but this one is a bit much.
Bought 2, (16L) in black, and will wait to see what happens after they are washed.
But the rise is perfect for my age (58) and I like the stretch.
Don't wear shirts tucked in so the pocket detail does not bother me, and it is not obtrusive anyway.

I was very disspointed I have levi 512 jeans in size 16 that I am wearing right now but the ones you send in my order I could not even get them to zip. I did not understand since they were the same style and size why they did not fit and you don't have size 18.
