These Straight Leg cut jeans are the closest this size 14 gal wants to ever get to the Skinny Jean trend. With my fuller hips and smaller waist, the waistband eliminates unsightly flesh or gapping. The Sapphire rinse is consistently dark and flattering in this curve hugging cut.

I love the way these jeans fit. They are a little longer than I wanted (got regular length - can't wear short), but with heels they look great. I'm glad I got two pair - I may have one altered just a bit shorter to wear with flatter shoes. Otherwise, I L-O-V-E these jeans. I have a pair of stretch 505's and I liked them well enough, but after one day of wearing they were stretched out too much and didn't retain shape. Not these babies ... they stay true to fit all day long and twice on Sunday! My new favorites.

I love these jeans! They are exactly what I was looking for. If you want a little higher waist jean than the low rise that teenagers wear, these are the ones! They sit perfectly, not too high, not too low. They wash great and last! I bought some last year and had to order 2 more pair this year!

I was frustrated in the dressing room at Macy's trying on a minimum of 20 pair of jeans (various size 12 brands). My last pair to slip on were the Levis 525, and that's when I knew I had found my perfect fit! My boyfriend says I look HOT in them, and that was the ultimate compliment! I'll get another pair in a different color

I have never had better feeling jeans in my life. The feel is great and the fit is great also. I will never own another pair of jeans other than the 525 Perfect Waist. I've always had a hard time finding jeans that fit really good. I think I've tried most major brands out there but no more. I've found the perfect ones. These jeans exceeded well above my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone. Best of all, they're made in the USA.

These are the best, most well-fitting jeans I have ever owned. Not too tight, not too loose. No gap waist band. Nice straight leg with a mid- rise. Fabric is substantial but not stiff. I only wish they came in a black rinse, because then I'd buy two more pairs.

I loved my first pair of 525 Perfect Waist Straight Cut Jeans. As I am have a wee bit lacking in the derriere, I found my first pair a perfect fit! I was so happy I purchased a two more pairs but found they were roomier and curvier than my first pair. Mislabeled? I don't know... otherwise a great jean.
No, I do not recommend this product.

They run a bit small (I ordered 4 pair and one worked) and I wish they came in longs. They work will with summer shoes and I will wear them with boots this winter.

Nice Jeans, more like a skinny jean. Very long length. Medium light weight . The best thing about the jean is the perfect waist band. I'm more of a boyish type figure and these jeans gives me a curvey figure. The 525 perfect waist is my favorite Levis jean. I would recommend sizing up seems to be tighter on the thighs.

More to be Desired

Allergic to latex, spandex, elastic and elastane. Bought 4 pairs of the 525 jeans straight in both colors as this jean is the best you had available for my needs. Please make l00% cotton boot cut jeans with deeper front pockets, no back pockets and cargo pockets in a high waist. I usually wear a size 6 but had to opt to a Levi size 8M which are a little roomy.
I am long-waisted and unfortunately the 525 Perfect Waist sits below my waistline (not perfect) especially after laundering and drying. Would have ordered the 525 in a boot cut, but did not want buttons or anything bulky or abrasive on the back pockets.
Also, because I am long-waisted, I would like to see the return of matching Levi jackets that drop below the butt to conceal shirt tails and for warmth.

Everyone is right -- these jeans fit perfectly! I have slender hips and thighs (my only figure attribute), and these hug me in all the right places. But, ladies, if you have long legs, save yourself the disapointment and look elsewhere. These are advertised as 32" long and they are not. I combed the stores with my tape measure and couldn't find a single pair over 31". Still, they fit so well that I reinvented mine as capris. I fervently hope Levis will pay attention and offer a longer length!
