I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for my son, both 27x32: the other fit great (511 skinny in sulfur stone), but these are supposed to be slim and they weren't even close. The color was great but they went back for sizing.
I recommend this product!

Own 6 pairs and love them. But now the fit has changed. It's bigger. Maybe it's because:
1. The fit has grown larger. (To accomodate the new styles and moving them further apart from each other to differentiate?)
2. Quality control: Maybe I got two "bad" pairs that ran huge.
So I guess I'm not buying any more of these. Oh well.
I recommend this product!

I've had my eye out for a pair of selvedge 511's for awhile. When I saw these I had to have them. I got exactly what I paid for....a great pair of jeans. They came nice and rigid just as I'd hoped. I went down a size. In my experience, once selvedge starts to break in it will loosen up. I've worn these a few times and have already formed some really nice creases. Looking forward to breaking these bad boys in.

these are the most comfortable 511's i own they feel and breath like linin beach pants but are tuff enuogh to handle the craziness that is me.
I recommend this product!

The jeans look great and have that nice stiff quality that I always look forward to breaking in. Dark color is nice but rubs off easy, especially when a little wet, so be careful. I only wish that the pics online gave a better preview of the light sanding on the front. Not a big deal, just wish I saw it better.

These jeans are selvedge denim in the usual 511 cut, but be warned: it is 100% cotton and VERY stiff. Not what I was looking for so I returned these for the York jeans from the Levis selvedge goods line.
No, I do not recommend this product.
