These jeans are a perfect fit and I love the color and fabric. The value is incredible. I bought them on sale and I could not be more pleased. I am sure that I will continue to buy the expensive jeans offered by Levi's and other brans too, but these are now my favorite pair. The fit is true to size, as these are NOT shrink to fit.

I am happy with the fit and feel of these jeans, I have been buying other jeans for the last few years and wanted to get back to the roots. I was confused by the variety that was available in the 501 style. I thought I would be getting 501 shrink-to-fit jeans. These had white stitching and the fabric was lighter and softer than I expected. Still looking for the right jeans I guess.

Very happy with the fit here, these were exactly what I was looking for. The wash is dark and perfect, classic 501 straight leg fit. Well chuffed.

Just like everything else produced overseas the quality and finish has gone down. I have been wearing 501s for over 40 years and this is the worst pair ever. The fabric seems thin and cheap along with poor attention to detail on the stitching. Not worth the price even on sale, very disappointing.

It's noticeable that the fabric these jeans are made out of is much thinner than my last pair of Levi's. They feel more cheaply made; my last pair wore out much more quickly than my Levis used to. Before, Levi's were the jeans that last and were sturdier than other, more fashionable jeans, and they were worth the money. I'd hate to see that change.,

The wash is great. The fit is good and overall I am pretty happy with these jeans.
These aren't the old school heavy denim of the original 501's. I wouldn't do heavy duty construction work wearing this, but I would throw on a freshly laundered shirt and a tailored jacket and go to the office, out to dinner, etc in these jeans.

They fit just right - not too tight in the waist or legs. I bodybuild, so if I can fit in anything less than a relaxed or loose fit, it's a cool surprise (I couldn't fit into a couple of the other 501 styles, so you might have to try several samples before you get the right fit)

My jeans came on time, and in perfect condition - I just ordered the wrong color. When you go to the website, make sure you look at ALL of the options before ordering. Otherwise, couldn't have been better.

Oddly enough, doesn't feel that rigid. This is probably the comfy-est pair of Levi's I have in this type of wash

I love 501s and I have been wearing them for more than 20 years. This new pair is significantly tighter around the waist area even though the size is still the same.
The material is also much thinner than the jeans I've purchased in the past. I just don't think they will last as long.
The quality of the construction seems to be as good as it has always been though.

Have bought something like 4 pairs of these very same rigid jeans: The first pair i purchased about 3 years ago, had the nice thick denim that I'm used to from Levis.
Unfortunately, i ride motorcycles and they ripped apart right on both sides of the mid-seam between my rear and front. Loving the look of the jean, I went on ahead and through the course of time purchased 3 more pairs of these, only to find that they ALL seem to tear at that exact spot! Not only that, but they all seem to be made of a thinner jean material nothing like my first 'golden boy' pair that lasted through a minor motorcycle spill. Don't know whats happening to Levis, if their trying to cut costs or changing the style and fit of 501's but they seem to be of inferior denim and tighter, which brings me to my next point.
Trying on my older 501's which is the only jean i buy specifically because of the fit: They fit me spot on, trying on these new 501's they are all tighter around the quads and waist, but seem to flare out more from the knee down. My weight and build have been consistent for the past 5 years, yet the current crop of my 501's just don't fit right anymore!

These 501 jeans are a classic and they are classic for a reason. I've worn them both casually and formally (with a sport jacket), with dress shoes and with sneakers, and each time I've gotten compliments every time. The only caveat were the button-fly but I've grown comfortable with it. Certainly an amazing buy.

I thought these were Levi 501’s! The thread is very light yellow, the material is very light weight, the outer leg seams are flat not like the normal 501’s.
They look like they are bargain store jeans! Not happy! If I hadn’t washed all of them when they arrived I would have sent them back!

These jeans did not fit well and they had a broken belt loop right out of the bag. I returned them at a local Levis store and bought another pair at full price which are great. I guess you get what you pay for.

I"ll start off with saying that I like these jeans. However, they shrunk more than usual when I washed them. They still look great on, just a bit more snug than my other 501s of the same size. I like the color, I can still wear these to work since they are so slick.
