followed sizing instructions on levi.com .. ordered the size recommended and it was too small. the thickness of the belt was disappointing as well. it felt like a belt from that huge retailer that sells cheap stuff so we can live better. if you are looking for a decorative belt it might work but it's not a working belt.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This belt is a cheap and poorly crafted. It doesn't emulate a vintage look at all. I wouldn't wear it if it was given to me.

I like my belt very well. The color is nice and the thickness is of a good quality. It is of average thickness for anyone who wants to know. The buckle is good quality but not great quality.
The belt has a nice, timeless appearance overall.
I will buy another one in the future if Levi's offers a different color.

RECEIVED MY BELT ABOUT 2 WEEKENDS AGO. WORE IT CAMPING. GOT DRUNK, SLEPT OUTSIDE, AND SMOKED CIGARETTES IN IT. I HAVE IT ON NOW AND IT PERFORMS EXCELLENT. MADE IN USA, SAYS VINTAGE, RIGHT UP MY ALLEY. THANKS A MILLION LEVIS FOR PRODUCING GOOD QUALITY MERCHANDISE AGAIN. I DIDN'T THINK YOU GUYS HAD IT IN YOU AFTER 2003 OR SO WHEN THE LAST USA PLANT CLOSED. I ACTUALLY STOPPED WEARING LEVIS BRAND UNTIL 2010 WHEN I DISCOVERED QUALITY CONTROL WAS BEING MADE OVERSEAS NOW WITH THE MAJORITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS. I WISH EVERYTHING WAS STILL MADE HERE THOUGH. THANKS AGAIN.

pros: true 1 1/2" width, very attractive texture, plain strap no stitches alongside.
cons: NOT AS THICK as implied, have other U.S Made belts way thicker leather, buckle looks cheap, sewn instead of snapped.
